NovaGLP1 is a telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare providers. The content on this platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any treatment. Our physicians make independent medical decisions and NovaGLP1 does not practice medicine.
Telehealth Services & Medical Partner
Medical services available through this platform — including health assessment review, prescribing decisions, and ongoing clinical care — are provided by an independent, licensed medical services partner and its affiliated US-licensed physicians, not by NovaGLP1. NovaGLP1 operates the website, collects your intake information, and securely transmits it to the medical partner for clinical review. Whether treatment is appropriate is determined solely by a licensed physician.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our platform, you represent that you are 18 or older and that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Our services are currently available to residents of the United States only.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Subscription & Billing
Some features of our platform require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy. Prices are subject to change with advance notice.
Prescription Medications
Prescription medications are provided only upon a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. NovaGLP1 does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Medications are dispensed by licensed pharmacies and are subject to state and federal regulations.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: misuse our platform for fraudulent purposes; provide false health information; share your account with others; attempt to circumvent security measures; use our services to harass or harm others; or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaGLP1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
