Our GLP-1 medications are temperature-sensitive. We use medical-grade insulated packaging and overnight shipping to ensure your treatment arrives in pristine condition.
Processing Time
Once your physician approves your prescription, it is sent to our pharmacy partner. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.
Prescription Policy
Federal law prohibits the return of prescription medications. However, if your package arrives damaged or at the wrong temperature, we will provide a replacement at no cost.
Discreet Packaging
Your privacy is important. All medications are shipped in unbranded, discreet boxes that do not mention the contents or the pharmacy name on the exterior.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to 48 states in the US. Due to local regulations, we are unable to ship to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.

You can pause or delay your next shipment at any time through your dashboard. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled refill.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your medication arrives damaged, the cold pack is completely melted and the medication is warm, or you received the incorrect dose, please contact us immediately. We will ship a replacement at no cost or provide a full refund if a replacement is not possible.
